Just to make this curiouser and curiouser, here are the listings in the Carol Bates book, Hamilton 100 years, for the Hamilton cemetery and the records do not show James included.
Mrs. J. Cochran (obviously misspelled) born 1862, died 5/18/1908
Charles born 1891, died June 19, 1908
Ellen born 1893, died August 30, 1895
and here is the corker:
Francis, born June 5, 1802, died June 10, 1912, 110 years old
Does that make sense?
