I am writing a book on the first 50 years of settlement in Skagit County, focusing on Sterling/Sedro-Woolley and upriver, but covering the whole Skagit River watershed. I can probably identify the photo. Please email it, preferably .jpg format. I hope this helps you and that anyone else with more information will share it with me for my book on the history of the area. I will conduct research on my extensive cross-referenced data base for anyone requesting.
