Priest River Resident Passes
PRIEST RIVER - J.A "Tony" Neil, 60, a frequent visitor in Lewiston area, died of a heart ailment Wednesday night at his home at Priest River. He was an employee of the Idaho Department of Highways.
Neil was born Sept. 13, 1912, in North Dakota, and had lived at Priest River for more than 40 years.
Survivors include his widow, Agnes, at the family residence; two sons, Lyle Neil, Priest River, and Byran Lee Neil, Davenport, Iowa; and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Priest River Cemetery.
Oliver disappears after 1930 Census. His wife Fern lives in Spokane and Priest River until her death in 1987.
