Your family is difficult to find quickly since I don't have access to ancestry.com world. I didn't find anything for George Jerrett. I found a Francis M. Phillips in Glenila, Cavalier Co., ND in 1920. She was the wife of James Phillips. She was born Aug. 1876 in Scotland. James was her 2nd marriage. She immigrated to USA in 1898. James Phillips was born Dec. 1869, England, immigrated in 1891, was a farmer in ND and Francis was his 2nd marriage. I didn't find anything for their child Mabel Alberta Phillips who was born Oct. 1899 in Dakota. I found a Henry Jerrett who was a servant, 1920 in Cypress, Cavalier Co., ND. The 1910 Dilley, Washington Co., OR Census shows a Henry Jerrett who was born abt. 1878 in England and working as a hired man. He immigrated in 1892. In 1920 in Dilley, Washington Co. OR a Henry Jerrett appears who was born abt. 1878, Scotland and married a Ella M. He was a railroad laborer. His wife Ella M. was 41, born in Illinois and a housewife. They had three boys; James H., 7; David D., 5; and Francis A., 3. The Oregon Death Index shows an Ella M. Jerrett who died 24 N [November?] 1965 in Washington Co, cert #16390, 87 yrs old and spouse=Henry. In 1918 Henry Jerrett of Dilly, OR registered for WWI. He was born July 9, 1877, white, naturalized and a laborer for the S.P. [probably Southern pacific] Railroad in Dilly. He wife's name was Emma and also lived in Dilly. He is described as short, slender, brown eyes and dark brown hair. A James Jerrett was born 2 Aug 1912 and died March 1974. His social security number was assigned to him in Oregon before 1951. Source: Social Security Death Index. A James Hen Jerrett was born Aug. 1912, died 10 March 1974, Yamhill Co., Cert #74-05019, age 61 with a spouse named Emily. Source: Oregon Death Index. A David Jerrett was born 10 March 1914 and died Jan. 1975. His social security number was assigned tohim in Oregon before 1951. Source: Social Sec. Death Index. A David Jerrett was born abt. 1915, lived in Seattle and died 18 Jan 1975 in Seattle. Death cert #000672. Source: Washington Death Index. A Francis A. Jerrett was born in 1916 in Oregon, Washington County. He enlisted in the US Army 16 May 1941 at Fort Lewis, WA. He was in the Infantry, Sergeant. He had 4 years of High School and was single without dependents; height 75 and weight 168. Source: U. S. World War II Army Enlistment Records. A Francis A. Jerrett died 3 Aug 1985 in Seattle and was born abt. 1916. He lived in Seattle; death cert #019549. Source: WA Death Index. The same Francis Jerrett was born 29 Feb 1916 and died Aug. 1985. His last residence and last benefit was mailed to Seattle. His social security number was assigned to him in Oregon before 1951. Source: Social Sec. Death Index. Francis A. Jerrett was a 1LT in the US Army during World War II. He was born 29 Feb 1916. He servied 25 Jan 1944 through 22 Oct 1946. He died 3 Aug 1985 and was interred 13 Aug 1985 at the Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt. Scott Blvd., Section V, Site 2112, Portland, OR 97266. Source: U.S. Veterans Gravesites, ancestry.com. Of course you should go back and check that I've made the correct connections along the way. Start with what you know and work backwards. Francis' death cert should give you his wife's name. He lived in North Seattle so I'd look for children in Seattle. You can call the Seattle Library and ask them to look up the Jerrett surname. I'd do the same thing for David. James Henry might still have children in Dilly. Also post your next help request on ancestry.com or rootsweb.com. You're more likely to find people there who have access to ancestry.com world. I've also heard that the Mormon church Family History Center's have free access to ancestry.com.
