Hi - This may not be the one you're looking for, but in 1900 Snohomish Co., Washington, the census shows this:

Anderson, first name illegible, 45, b. Jan. 1855 in Canada,
married 13 years, emigrated 1889, occupation: railroad
laborer
J___, wife, Aug. 1861, 38 3 children/3 living, b. Canada
Lor__, son, Feb. 1889, 11, b. Canada
Fra___, dtr., Nov. 1890, 9, b. Montana
O___, son, Dec. 1892, 7, b. Washington

In 1910 Snohomish Co., Washington, this Jennie is now a widow:

Jennie Anderson, 47, wid., 3 children/3 living,
b. Canada, em. 1888
Loren, son 21 Canada
Frances, dtr., 19, Montana
Otto, son, 17, Washington,
and 3 roomers (Jennie is running a boarding house

They're still in Snohomish Co., WA in 1920.
