Patrick and Joe McDonough-Lost Cousins

Looking for Patrick McDonough born April 23, 1955 and his brother Joe McDonough, their mother was Marjorie J. Layne born July 17, 1927 that later married a Solheim and she died August 1, 1971 in Tacoma, Washington. Any help would be appreciated.
