Randy,
There are 56 woman named Margaret, age 66 and 67 years old, that are indexed in the 1930 census for King County, WA, online at Ancestry. None of the surnames are close to Kilcline. Not all of these women have a place of birth listed in the index. In addition there are many more with the given name Maggie and there is also the possibility that her age was listed incorrectly or transcribed incorrectly. Why don't you email the Seattle Public Library and ask them to look up the address of Margaret in 1931 in the City Directory? They do that free and it might narrow your search.

To my knowledge, no FREE online index of Washington State Deaths exists. Ancestry.com has one - they are a subscription service. You might try reposting, asking for a death index look-up. I notice that one gal here on this forum seems to do them.
Good luck in your search.
