In Reply to: 1920-1930 Census Lookup, KILCLINE by Randy W.-Hitzroth of 13380

1910 - No Kilcline, Killcline, Kilklein. Kilklien
KILKLINE, Jack, roomer, age 26, born NY, parents born Canada, RR fireman living in Spokane City
[!910 Spokane County, Washington; 2nd Ward of Spokane; ED 167, Sheet 15A]

1920 - No Kilcline, Killcline, Kilkline, Kilklein, Kilklien, Kilkine indexed by Ancestry in State of Washington

1930 - Searched using all the above variations of names. The only ones found are the Mamie, Rollan, and May E. that you mentioned.

If Margaret was born ca. 1850 and was in Spokane in 1915, perhaps she died before 1920. Have you checked the Washington State Death Index?
