George Washington 1st pres. of U. S. Reatives?

Looking for relatives of George Washington. Ibelieve my g grandfather ties in some way. He was Karl ( Charles) Zimmer of Fearing township, Washington ,Ohio. He married Elizabeth (Gerber) maybe Kennedy on June 5th 1849 in Fearing township Washington Ohio. I have a photo that lists all the family from this marrage and the names change thru the years. I have other documents also. Other surnames from this marriage were Bules, Shuman, Stephen, Marsch, Biehl, Lauer and maybe Pfaff or Brum. Please help me find relatives.
