I think you may have already found this now that you've discovered the Washington Digital Archives, but Agnes Bolden married Arved Johnson in Renton Washington on 9 June 1928. One of the witnesses was Jerry Milantz.

There is an Arvid & Agnes Johnson in Washington in 1930, but they have 2 teenagers and have been married a number of years.

I think this couple in Portland, Oregon is your Agnes:

1930 United States Federal Census
Portland, Multnomah, Oregon
1523 E Glisan
Johnson, Arvid A, head, m, w, 25, m, 23, Washington, Finland, Sweden, Car Carpenter, Car shop
Agnes, wife, f, w, 22, m, 20, Colorado, Czechoslovakia, Czechoslovakia
Makila, Martin, boarder, m, w, 20, s, Washington, Finland, Finland, Car-laborer, Car shop
Source Citation: Year: 1930; Census Place: Hoquiam, Grays Harbor, Washington; Roll: 2488; Page: 15A; Enumeration District: 41; Image: 985.0; FHL microfilm: 2342222.
