Hi, I didn't find his name on the Vietnam Memorial website nor on the Vietnam POW/MIA website nor on the Social Security Death Index List using birth years 1951, 1952 and 1953 but that's not a guarantee that he is still alive.

There is probably no way to find the correct Fred Heck you are looking for. But here are the Fred Heck's in the online phone directory. One is in Highland CA (2nd page). You might try a letter to him. And if that's not him...you could try letters or calls to the others. Good Luck!!
