Always nice to help someone from Colville...
I did some basic research which lead to finding your family tree, at that point I stopped research. Post the link to your tree in the future with your posting, it helps volunteers see what you have already found to eliminate providing duplication. I really don't see you having trouble finding family history. You might need to further describe what you are seeking. I would also suggest posting on the Lincoln County Message Board on Rootsweb.com... More view and volunteers.

--Based on other information, it appears she was born in 1832.

In the above 1850 Census, Emily Decamp, is the first name on the page just above the family of Digert(?). The wife "appears" to be Polly, but this image is not certain
There are many family trees found that include Charles Decamp, one of which was yours:
Again, post the link to your family tree, that will prevent some volunteers from wasting your time providing what you have already found; and, prevent some volunteers from posting information that is wrong.
