Goldendale Cemetery

The on-line transcription of the burials at Mountain View Cemetery in Goldendale does not list, so far as I know, burials located in the old, unkempt, weed-choked part of the cemetery. Does anyone know of any current or past attempts to survey this cemetery and post a list of burials there? Perhaps do some restoration?

My grandfather's brother and sister were buried there; last time I was at the cemetery, in 2001, their marble headstones were broken, toppled face down, unreadable -- whereas back in 1975 they were still standing. I have walked that part of the cemetery on my rare visits there (I live in Indiana) and have often wondered about it.

For the record, my grandfather's siblings buried there are:

Union Tom Haskell
Born 12 Apr 1866
died 15 Jul 1884

Emma J. Haskell
30 Jan 1870
24 Mar 1878

They were the children of John A. Haskell (died 1886) and Charlotte E. McClain. They were grandchildren of Klickitat County pioneers William J. McClain and Martha Ann Tuttle McClain who died in what was then Columbus, Washington. Mr. and Mrs. McClain's graves are in the Maryhill Cemetery.
