Thanks for your response. Reecer was my great-uncle, too. He was my grandfather's brother. Reecer was born 1893 and died in 1968. He is buried in the Tacoma Cemetery on So. Tacoma Way. His full name was William Reecer Morefield, and I believe his cemetery record is under William R. Morefield. He had several sisters and brothers in various parts of Washington state.

He was married before he married Aunt Mae and had a son, Leverne, b. @1920. His first wife died when Leverne was an infant, and Leverne was adopted by a Huss family.

I had Aunt Mae's name as Mae Robinette. Was Morris her maiden name? One thing that is puzzling is that there is a cemetery record at the IOOF cemetery in Ellensburg for Annie M. Morefield, and there is a record at the Tacoma Cemetery for Ann M. Morefield, I believe died 1971. Was Aunt Mae's first name Ann?
