Looking for relatives that may still be living in the Roslyn area. Grandfather was Stanko Starcevic (Stanley Starkovich) and Grandmother was Josephine Mihalovich. Can place them in Springfield, Il in 1907 when they were married right after my grandmother came to US and again in Roslyn when oldest son, Louie, was born in 1908. There were six boys: Louie, Stanley, Victor, Tony, Matt and Joe. Louie and Stanley were born in Roslyn. I know my grandfather came to US with family but cannot connect to any other brothers or sisters. They moved back to mid-west and settled in Iowa in the Melcher/Dallas area where the four other boys were born. My grandfather did some coal mining there and was a farmer. I know there must be a Roslyn connection somewhere to family. Can anyone help?
