"First 20 Years -Turn of the Century Life...."

I am looking for a publication called "First 20 Years - Turn of the Century Life - Like it was along the border."
If any one knows where I can look at a copy or if anyone can do a look up for me in that publication, I am looking for info on the Gaillac family. This name is spelled Gaillac, Gailac, Galliac, Gailas, just to name a few. Usually spelled Gaillac and Galliac. They lived in places like Ellensburg, Toroda, Ruby City, and Centerville.
