I can't help with the cemetery location, but found this article about Seth's Death

The Seattle Daily Times, 19 June 1942

Fumes Kill Man as Coffee Boils Over

Seth Daniel Meadows, 57-year-old laborer, died of gas poisoning in his apartment at 1809 1/2 Ninth Ave., shortly before last midnight.

The man was found on the floor by police, who had been called after Mrs. G. Sanderson, a neighbor, had smelled gas. Coffee had boiled over on the gas plate and extinquished the flames, according to Deputy Coroner, John P. Brill, Jr.
