I have just found a possible match for my Grove research (on Interment.net website). The name I am interested in is "Melchi M. GROVE". b. 1872 died August 1965. He is buried with Cyrus 'Jim'; Elva; Letta; Mary; and Samuel. [Section 4 9-7--12]. My big discrepency so far is that on 1900 census M.M. is listed as born Dec 1870
The first I have on Melchi M. is 1880 WA census w/above named. And then 1900 WA. I have not confirmed Melchi and M.M. to be the same person. M.M. married my gtgrmothr's sister ca 1892. Mary Elizabeth aka, Mary E, Elisabeth, Lizzie. Children from this marriage were Charles Milford, William Simon [sp?], Viola.
1910 census Mary E is married to a James M. DAVIS; dau Ida and GROVE children listed with them.
Would anyone happen to know either family listed here?
Would anyone be willing to check for me on this cemetery/obituary?
