You might try checking the court houses in Colville, Stevens Co., WA and Tonasket, Okanogen Co., WA. Alot of women who live in Republic, WA go to Tonasket or Colville to have their babies. If there was the possibility of complications in the delivery, they could have shipped her to Spokane, Spokane Co., WA. So you might try there also.
