Seeking any information regarding Jonathan Wills, b 1843 in Clay Co, IN. Migrated across the Oregon Trail to the Portland area on the 1847 Okaloosa Train from Iowa headed by his father George Wills.

Jonathan is found in 1860 in Pacific Co, WA with his wife Elizabeth (Random) and her son. She died sometime prior to 1864 when Jonathan married Mary Ellen Strong in Oregon. They had at least five children: Grant, 1865; Ida Rosella, 1867; George, 1868' William, 1872 and John, 1875.

Jonathan must have died before 1878 when Mary Ellen m. Joseph Robinson in Cowlitz Co, WA. Joseph and Mary Ellen had 3 children: Edward, 1886; Mary Emily, no date; and Joseph, date unknown.

We are trying to find out something about Jonathan's death. If anyone has any information regarding this, please contact me.
