This is the obituary that you ask for but it sure doesnít jive with the census I have above.
Longview Daily News, Longview, Cowlitz County, WA
Wednesday, January 16, 1974

Wooster, Howard M., 54, , 2010 Sunrise, Kelso, died Jan 15 in a local hospital. He was born Feb 20, 1919 in Chehalis, had been an instructor at LCC for the past 14 years, was a member of the Kelso Presbyterian Church and a veteran of WWII,
Survivors include the widow, Vivian, at home; two sons, Gregory of Chula Vista, Calif., Paul at home; one daughter, Lisa, at home; one sister, Mrs. Grace Edens of Sacramento; two brothers, Ralph of Portland and Stanley on the East coast; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Ditlevsen-Moore Chapel with the Rev. Paul Roper officiating. Concluding services and interment will be in Cowlitz View Memorial Gardens. Ditlevsen-Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

I canít find an obituary for Mark A. Wooster and I didnít find one for Vivian. Do you have any idea of the year she died? The cemetery book as shown above gives his year of birth as 1910 but newspaper gives 1919. Also the place of birth is different. I live close by Cowlitz View Memorial Gardens and could check the cemetery stone for dates if you would like me to. If I can be of further help let me know. June
