Family search is free and has a lot of indexed records available for Washington. Be aware that there are also records available that are not yet indexed. For instance, at the time of this posting in September of 2014 some of the unindexed records for Clark County are:

Interment Permits (Many of these have cause of death)
Marriage Affadavits
Marriage Applications
Marriage Certificates
(note that these often have more information - such as parents, birth dates, etc - than the certificate you find on Washington Digital Archives)
