(answer from the rootsweb board):
The Washington Digital Archives (www.digitalarchives.wa.gov) and Family Search Labs (http://pilot.familysearch.org/) both list Frank G. Eaton's death record, stating his father is William Eaton and his mother is Anna Youngblood

Clark County Genealogy Society's cemetery records show the following in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery:

GGS 1/237 Eaton Frank G. Eaton, July 25, 1887 - June 30, 1959, Illinois - Cpl. - Co.
M - 130 Infantry (nearest relative: wife: Mary A. Eaton, deceased)

GGS 2/237 Eaton Mary A. Eaton, Jan 1, 1889 - Jan 18, 1967 (w/Frank G. Eaton, husband: deceased, VFC)

The Codes are:
GGS = Garden of the Good Shepherd
VFC = Vancouver Funeral Chapel

You can find those through the CCGS website:
www.ccgs-wa.org
Then click on Special Projects
Then click on Clark County Cemeteries

(Please note that there is something NOT RIGHT with the death dates. If Mary A Eaton is deceased when Frank dies in 1959, she couldn't have died in 1967... after he died)
On that page you will find links to the cemeteries, or scroll down to the search box and type in "Eaton, Frank" with the comma and the quotes.

Back on the Washington Digital Archives there is a marriage record for
Frank G Eaton and Mary A Randall on 22 January 1945 in Vancouver, Clark, Washington (you can see an image of the record).

His WWI Draft registration (on Ancestry) lists his registration place as Champaign, Illinois, and he is single at the time of his registration 5 June 1917. His residence is Sidney, Illinois

His WWII Draft registration in 1942 (also on Ancestry) lists his birthplace as Sidney, his residence as Sidney, and Anna Eaton (his mother) as the person who will always know his address. He is 55, white, 5'11", 160, light complexion, gray hair. There is no place to indicate married or single.

The US National Homes for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, 1866-1948, Register E, Danville, Illinois, lists interesting information on a "Frank Eaton" that appears to be the same person (born 1887 in Sidney, IL)
