I'm not sure I found YOUR Lillian and Lewis Waymire, however, here is what I did find.
A Lillian Waymire died 14 Jan 1945, Portland, OR per death cert #201. Source: Oregon Death Index 1903-98, www.ancestry.com.
A Lewis A. Waymire b. 20 Sept. 1909, Last Residence=Vancouver, Clark, Co., WA 98661, died 27 Dec 1999. His soc. sec. # was assigned in OR before 1951. Source: Social Security Death Index, www.ancestry.com.
The census that is available to the public at this time is the 1930 Census. Therefore, I started searching for Lillian Exline.

Lillian was living with her family in 1910 in Liberty, Jackson Co., OHio.
Robert V. Exline, b. OH, 38 yrs old, 2nd marr, 8 years married, coal miner.
Effie A., b. OH, 26, 1st marr, marr 8 yrs, had given birth to seven children but only five alive in 1910.
Viola L., b. OH, 8.
Velvie, M., b. OH, 7.
Anise V., b. OH, 6.
Eucid M., b. OH, 5.
Lillian C., b. OH, 1 10/12ths.
Velva was living in Lick, Jackson Co., OH in 1920 with the Long family.
Velva E. Exline, widow, b. OH, 17, no occupation.
In 1920 Lillian was living in the Ohio State School for the Blind, Columbus Ward 4, Franklin Co., Ohio.
Lillian Exline, b. OH, 11, pupil.
In 1930 Lillian Exline was living at the Multnomah County Farm, Troutdale, Multnomah Co., OR.
Lillian Exline, b. OH, abt. 1909, single, both parent's b. OH. Successful Searching!
