US World War 1 soldier Harold Morgan – killed in action – Flanders Field

Looking for information about and relatives of World War 1 soldier First Lieutenant Harold Morgan. His emergency address was in “Vancouver Barracks”. Harold Morgan was attached to the British army (as American officer) and is buried in the US Flanders Field Cemetery in Belgium. He was killed in action April 12, 1918. He won the British Military Cross. Perhaps a roll of honor book was made or something published in the newspapers of April – May 1918 ?
Purpose: book writing to honour those fallen soldiers.
