The Benton County Courthouse has copies of marriage licenses, fee is $1.00 per copy. When I called I ask how long they keep them, and was told "forever". You will need to write to Benton County Auditor, Benton County Courthouse, 620 Market Street, Prosser, Washington, 99350. Phone number for auditor is 509-786-5620. They do not have a web site. Hope this helps.
