I was told by many family members that when my Great Grandparents lived near Warden there was a school that burnt. My Grandma was born in 1902 in Lind, but they homesteaded near Warden. They went to school there but there was a dispute about the school and it burnt down.
Any information what the school was called, would be appreciated.
My other question is that her sister died young in 1903 and was buried on the homestead. Did they leave the burials where they were put or were they moved to a cemtery later?
