According to January, 1927 Bradstreet's Book of Commercial Ratings for Washington State, Corfu was in Grant County on the Chicago, Milwaukee, & St. Paul RR (a few miles west of Othello in Adams County). It lists only 1 business, a G.S (General Store?): Robert Green Co. The Milwaukee RR was extended thru Wash. St between 1905-1909, and Corfu was probably just a train station, maybe attracting a store to serve surrounding ranches. Try the Grant County Historical Museum in Ephrata for more info.
