Hello,
My name is Marco Sorel and I'm from Granby, Québec. My great grandfather's name was Napoléon Sorel. His wife's name was Joséphine Martin but as what I've heard from my father, this could be not his real first name (translated or something). I remember going to Vermont with my grandmother to see some relatives decades ago so I think that some clues that I know can direct me to Vermont for genealogy search. I also know that many people from Québec went to New England in the late 19 century to work. Please let me know if you have more clues on my search. My grandfather's name is Joseph Sorel.
