How close are you to Burlington? The Bailey Howe Special Collections Department at UVM has copies of the Hemenway's Gazetteers and the Child's Gazetteers. You can just go into the library and make the copies you want. Otherwise, finding those books can be expensive, when they do come up, they usually go for $250 or more.
