Thank you for your time and effort.
You have found the right person the Address she left in the ships Manifest is were her family lived.
A kind person has searched Washington DC Trade directories and also 1920 Census for DC and tells me that 100,3rd Street did not exist he sent me a list of all people living in the only 3rd street.
When i search GOOGLE it seems there is a 3rd Street in New Hampshire.
I have her Birth Cert so birth date is correct. No record of her Marriage/Death in UK. so she must of married before 1920 in America.
only get 2 hits in SSIndex for Winifred Born 21st May 1895 and feel this one is closest.
Looks like im not going to be able to find out what happened to her been trying for years.
Thanks again for your time if you can think of anything i could try please let me know.
