Earl & Elizabeth Eastman family in Duxbury, Vermont

Our ancestor Moses Chandler Taylor m. (2)Elizabeth (Eastman)Ward, dau. of David & Lois Eastman of Starksboro, Vt.

She apparently was from Duxbury, Vermont. I found an Earl Ward family there in 1850 with a wife named Elizabeth. The age would fit with the widow Elizabeth who m. Chandler Taylor in 1859. She and Chandler lived in Waitsfield, Vermont.

I have a letter from her to her granddaughter who had moved out west.

Would love to know who Elizabeth's first husband and children were. Earl Ward of Duxbury is a person of interest. Does anybody know anything about the Wards of Duxbury in the mid 1850s?
