CORRECTION TO YOUR PREVIOUS POST:

Your data is different than what I have here in front of me on pages 318-319 in the hard copy of
"Rolls of Vermont Soldiers in the Revolutionary War 1775-1783, 1998, Volume 1:

" [297] George Majors was with Cap't E Wallis's Company of Militia for service done in the Year 1780.
October Alarm [not March Alarm]
paid for 5 days 50 miles amt of pay 0.6.8
amt of travel pay 0.16.8 total pay amount 1.3.4." Other officers and non coms----Lt T Butterfield, En James Hawley, Clk Nath. Wallis, Sgt Saml Horsford, Sgt Daniel Coy, Cpl Nath Allen.
