I believe the family you are looking for appears on the 1870 census of Burlington spelled Bolyea and on the 1880 census of Morristown, Lamoille Co, VT as Beaulieu

let me know if you do not have census access and I will get you the pages. I believe you can get the 1870 image free at www.familysearch.org

from the home page of that site just click the link near the bottom left that says "see prototype for searching millions of records"

next click the map of North America

next scroll to 1870 census and click on it

Then enter the name you are looking for

You see there are links to search Quebec census & vitals also.
