From the Rutland [VT] Weekly Herald Thursday July 7, 1910 MOUNT HOLLY, VERMONT ** J. D. S. Packer, who was reported seriously ill last week, is considerably better at present writing. ** Hubert [Hebert?] Flanders and Arthur Colburn of Schenectady, N. Y., were at their respective homes here the first of the week. ** Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Cook and Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Allen were in Rutland Tuesday to attend the funeral of their brother and uncle, Rufus Bucklin. ** Mr. and Mrs. George Bara and daughter of Watertown, N. Y., and Mr. and Mrs. William Beard of Readsboro are guests at E. S. Burton's. ** J. D. Billings and son and Dr. and Mrs. A. Kilburn of Rutland, and Miss Marcia Colburn of Beloit, Kansas, were guests at J. D. S. Packer's recently. ** Mrs. J. F. Cronan and son of Rutland are at Patrick Kelley's. Mr. Kelley's condition remains unchanged. ** S. B. Arnold spent the Fourth with his daughter in Fowler. ** Mrs. J. F. Stevens and son of Springfield were recent guests at B. E. Horton's. ** Mr. and Mrs. A. Frost of Rutland visited their sisters, Mrs. Jessie Potter and Mrs. H. H.
