Frank, Thanks for the interesting info. There were other Nugents here as well. There wer also other Windgap folks around, like Hennesseys. Windgap was a slate quarrying area and some came to Vermont todo the same. Some Irish folks from this part of Vermont went to Lasalle County but most were from out of Roscommon. Always glad for any further updates on these folks and communities.
