Edward Spenard and Family

I'm looking for information regarding one of my great uncles, Edward Spenard, born abt. 1873 in Vt. His parents were Benjamin Spenard and Julie(Julia)Ducharme. His sisters were Emma, who married Joseph Richard of St. Albans, Hattie, never married, lived in St. Albans as an adult, and Carrie, who married Nelson Sweeney in St. Albans. I've found Julie, Hattie, and Carrie and Nelson Sweeney in the 1920 St. A. Census. Hattie was head of household, and she also had two nieces living with her, Eva (age 17) and Beatrice (age 18). The census states that they were born in New Hampshire. I'm guessing that they were the daughters of Edward Spenard. I found an Edward Spenard in the 1930's Census for St. A. who was 56 (birth aprox 1873), which falls within the appropriate years for my great uncle. Through SS#'s I've found an Eva S. Woods whose maiden name was Spenard from St. Albans.

I've also found the obituary of Justine Marie Smith, who passed away in Jan. 2001, in St. Albans Messenger. In the obituary, her first husband was listed as Edward J. Spenard.

Any information that would help me connect the dots would be greatly appreciated!
