Looking for family connection between Long family of Oakham, MA to either the Short or Small family of same place, could have also lived in Salem, MA in late 1700's. The John Long family and the Benjamin Foster family also lived in Guildhall/Lunenberg VT in early to mid 1800's.

John Long b. ? married to Katie Short or Katie Small b. ? had at least two children, Lydia and John W. Long. John W. Long lived in Boston. In early 1800's John Long lived on the Macumber place in Oakham, MA

Lydia Long b. abt. 1776,possibly ohio
married Nov. 18, 1796 in Oakham, MA to
Benjamin Foster b. Aug 14, 1776 in Oakham, MA
I'm not sure where Benjamin and Lydia died. They lived in Oakham, MA, moved to Guildhall/Lunenberg, VT, and according to which book you read.....either died in OH or NY.

Any help appreciated!
Karen
