Found family tree on ancestors and family.
Trying to figure when the son of Dr. John Dewey of Maidstone died or where he is buried. Not finding him in 1880 census... looking for children/descendants
Father was a leading physician. Bought a farm in in 1841 in Maidstone of 200 acres. Area might be known as Dewey's Mill?
His son was John Worthington Dewey b. July 1834 Guildhall, VT, mother was Mary Dana Carlisle 1813-1894, gs of Benoni Dewey and Sabra Worthington (decends from Josiah and Hepziban Lyman Dewey)
May have been married 3 x.. (info found on internet)
#1 Jennie Daniels from PA
#2 Mary Ewer in 1866 MASS
#3 Rena Gard in 1887 San Jose Ca.
Can anyone tell me when the son John W. Dewey died or where he is buried..
Any leads greatly appreciated...
