I don't know for sure but doubt the paper is still published. Early records for Danville (through 1850) have been microfilmed by the Mormons and should be available through your local Family History Center. (There are gaps in early records, though, and in my experience deaths are recorded less frequently than any over event.)

The State Library in Montpelier has an ongoing project to microfilm all state newspapers. I have heard these films are available through inter-library loan (but have never tried to obtain one myself). Look up their website and I bet you could find somewhere there whether they have filmed the North Star Gazette.
