Dear Millicent,

I believe that the Chandler you are looking for may be the son of Hazen Blanchard and Sarah Burbank of Peacham, born in 1855. Check out his ancestral file on the LDS site.

His spouse is listed as Ellen F. but he may have had your Hannah as a second wife. I am a descendant of Hazen and Sarah through Chandler's sister, Sarah Blanchard. Will be glad to share info with you if we are talking about the right Chandler Blanchard.
