There are probably 100's of Clark familys, anyway the child of Samuel and Leonora, Lydia sent up a flag, maybe its from this line.?
Dudley Clark and Polly had land in Wheelock Vermont, they were living with son John Thornton in the 1850 census of Wheelock. Wheelock is about 20 miles north of St. Johnsbury Vermont. One of the sons below married Lizzie Clark. Good Luck....

Lydia Clarks grandfather was John Clark, b. in Greenland,
N.H. 20 May 1760, d. 21 Dec. 1831, in Compton, he was
corporal in Capt. Samuel McConnel's Company of Col. David
He married 22 Dec. 1785, Lydia Leavitt, b. 3 Dec. 1759,
d. 6 Dec. 1830, dau. of Joseph and Love Leavitt.
