I am hoping that someone can help me with info on David R. and Cynthia M. WELCH of Stamford, Bennington Co. I have them back this far and have not been able to find parents or bithplaces for either of them.I know they both died in Iowa Co., Ia.
I am looking for any info on them but as of now, especially their nationalities.
My youngest son was born with Spinabifida. A friend of my youngest daughter has a daughter who was also born with it---they were part of a research group and was told that some nationalities are more apt to have it than others.Since I have a nephew who also has it----just not as bad as my son's, I think it came from my side of the family.
Slow growth or lack of it also seems to be a part of this problem. My Grandfather WELCH was very short and had trouble walking--this is the reason I think it came from the Welch side.
Any info of any kind will be very much appreciated!!!!!!!
