NOTABLE DEATH - S.B. ROBBINS, an old resident of Sacramento, for years Secretary of the Society of Pioneers and one of the charter members of Capitol Lodge I.O.O.F., died in that city on Tuesday last, at the age of 52 years. Mr. ROBBINS was a native of Bennington, Vt.
