Castle Family

I am searching for information on Levi Castle (Joel, Asahel, Simeon, Isaac all related to Levi and with him at various times) who was in Bennington County in 1764 until after the Rev. War. The Castle family were friends with the Hawley family that were also in Arlington. I know Levi can be found on the 1764 military roster. I also know that Deborah Castle, d/o Levi was born in Arlington about 1778-1779. I have found information that Levi rented the farm of a Mr. Buck in Arlington. I have many facts but unable to make connections as to who he was married to, and if other children were born in Vermont. I suspect there were but unable to find the old records to prove yea or nea. Being that St. James was the first church does anyone have any ideas where I might find those old records? Any help will be appreciated.
