Solomon Phillips was born abt 1760 in RI. He fought during the Revolution for the Mass Contl Line. He married Susanna Willson and they moved eventually to Starksboro, Addison County VT. where they are both buried in the Village Cmtry. They had the following children: David, Susannah, Solomon, Willson, William, Myron, Sophia, Joseph and Cynthia.

Caleb Phillips born Rhode Island mrd Martha Bishop in Gloucester, Providence, RI on 18 Mar 1767.The moved to Danby, Rutland, VT sometime during the Revolution. Caleb came with at least 3 brothers, Steven, John and Seth. Caleb died in Danby in 1825 and Martha died in 1837. They had at least 5 children: Chad, Mercy, Benjamin, Sabrah, and Josiah. Who were Caleb's parents? Did he have a connection to Solomon Phillips also of RI and Addison County Vermont? Any info on his descendants would be appreciated.
