Not sure when we chatted last about the Vrooman family. However, I am just getting back to my research. I have recently lost my father and am hopeful in finding more info about is family. Any ways. My questions that I had posed to you were regarding a Catherine Vrooman and I believe I may have some better dates than before. I have called the Vale cemetary where she is buried and they gave me dates of her death being 5/17/1895. She was sixty years old so that would put her birth in 1835. Her husband, Dennis Stimson death was 3/7/1899 and he was born in 1822. I still have no info as to who her parents where. Dennis and Catherine had one daughter that I know of Maria May (Mae) Stimson who was born in 1874 and died 12/30/60. She married Chester Bradford Lord who is my gggrandfather.
You had mentioned a book about the Vroomans and was wondering if anything appears about the above people.
