vs.
Thomas Voss and others
In Forsyth Court of Equity
Pursuant to an Order of Court, made in the foregoing cause, I shall sell at public auction on Wednesday the 23d of November, 1864, about 1 o'clock in the afternoon, on the premises, the valuable plantation of the late Thomas Voss, deceased, containing about 300 ACRES, and about three miles North-East of Kernersville, adjoining the lands of George Brooks and others.
