Hello - I am seeking information abt. WILLIAM ( WILHELM )STEINLEIN who went back to Germany 1893 and brought back MARIE VOSS, and then married her in Clearfield, Penn. He was abt. 65 and MARIE was abt. 45 , he had previously emigrated from Neubrandenburg in 1883.... they lived in Clearfield and are shown in the 1905 City Directory, then he is no longer listed.. I have been unable to determine if he died, or if he moved away and left MARIE. In 1899 her son HENRY ( HEINRICH ) VOSS emigrated with his wife and 2 young daughters to Clearfield.. In 1891 JOHANNA STEINLEIN age 16, WILLIAM's daughter, emigrated from Neubrandenburg to Clearfield, and married PAUL TATE 1898...... they are my Maternal Grandparents... I have been unable to determine what happened to my GrGrandfather WILHELM-WILLIAM- STEINLEIN and would appreciate any help on this..... Thanks, Sally Dutton
