1668: David Vaukes transported to VA, possibly man mentioned below.

1671: Sarah Vaus transported from VA, possibly Sarah below.

1675, Oct 25: David Vaux creditor in estate of Edward Norman of Talbot.

1678: David Vaux of Talbot County was a soldier about 1675 and was paid for his service in the late expedition against the Nanticoke Indians.

1687, Nov: At a Tablot County Court of this date, it was presented that Robert Vaus was guilty of unlawfully ranging in the woods.

1698, Aug 31: Robert Voss appraiser of estate of Mortough Horney of Talbot.

1703, Aug 16: Lease of land from Thomas Smithson, gent. of Talbot, to Robert Vaus, planter, and Sarah his wife.

1705, Sep 20: Inventory of estate of Robert Voss of Talbot.

1707: At the September Court of Talbot County of 1707, it was presented that Francis Shry on 10 mar 1706 committed fornication with Sarah Voss, widow. Fined 600 lbs. of tobacco.

1707: At the November Court of Talbot County of 1707, it was presented that Sarah Voss on 10 Mar 1706 committed fornication with Francis Shry and begot a child. She was fined.

1716, Sep 1: Sarah Voss creditor to estate of Joseph Rogers of Talbot.

1716, Sep 13: Sarah Voss mentioned as creditor to estate of Col. Thomas Smithson of Talbot.

1718, May 15: Thomas Voss executor of estate of Anthony Wise of Talbot.

1720, May 10: Will of Elizabeth Scott of Talbot (dated 17 Dec 1717) proved. To nephew Thames Willson exts. and heir daughter of John and Genitt Wilson, entire estate including rights due in Cumberland, England. To be buried in Friends burying place Tuckahoe Meeting. Test: Thomas Dudley, Antoney Voss, Richard Webb.

1733: From a list of taxables of Talbot County 1733, James Voss of Mill Hundred.

1720, May 10: Will of Anthony Voss, planter, Talbot (dated 24th day 2nd month 1720 i.e., April 24, 1720). Cousins William and James Bell personalty. Rebecca Webb extx and residuary legatee. Test: Thomas Pratt and John Bagge.

1741: In the inventories of Talbot County there is one for Mr. Anthony Richardson. It is undated, but from other evidence it probably dates from 1741 (See Liber 26, folios 449-458). List of debtors includes James Voss and James Vaulx (spellings do differ).

1764, Oct/Nov: Prerogative court abstract (inventory) of proceeding on estate of James Voss of Talbot; Next of kin mentioned include Sarah and Martha Voss.
